Terms of Use

1. What we provide

TwiddleLabs builds interactive courses: each idea from a module becomes a small working model a student can move. The website shows examples and our catalogue, and links to courses you can open in a browser.

Courses built for a college or teacher are provided under a separate written agreement or quotation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Using the courses

You may use the website and courses for learning and teaching. You may not:

• copy, download, re-host, resell or redistribute a course, or put it inside another product;
• scrape the site, or reverse-engineer or extract a course’s code, artwork or animations;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or courses;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.

Linking to a course page, and showing a course in a classroom, is fine.

3. Our content

The TwiddleLabs name and logo, the website, and the courses — their code, designs, illustrations, animations and text — belong to Earthling Aidtech or its licensors. A few photos are used under their own open licences and are credited where they appear.

4. Materials you send us

• You keep ownership of the slides, syllabi and notes you share with us.
• You give us permission to use them only to plan, build, review and deliver your course, and to keep a copy while we support it.
• You confirm you have the right to share them with us for that purpose.
• We keep them confidential and won’t publish them or use them for anyone else’s course without your permission.
• Who owns the finished course, and how it may be used, is set out in your agreement with us.

5. Accuracy

We work to make every scene accurate, and colleges review their course before students see it. Even so, the courses are educational material, not professional advice, and are provided “as is”. If you spot a mistake, tell us at services@earthlingaidtech.com and we’ll fix it.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, pause or retire parts of the site or a public course at any time. Courses delivered under an agreement stay available as that agreement says.

7. Links to other sites

We may link to sites we don’t run. We aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Earthling Aidtech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Indemnity

If you break these terms or share material you had no right to share, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
